Science PCMB — Class 11 Flashcard Deck
1,975 Cards. Pure Rote. No Fluff.

What This Is
This is not a coaching app. It will not explain concepts to you. It will not hold your hand through derivations. It will not give you motivational quotes about believing in yourself.
What it will do is make you put the book down and actually remember things.
The entire philosophy is one idea:
read once, then repeat until it sticks. That is how your brain works. That is what this app is built for. Every card is one fact. You flip it, you either know it or you don't, you tell the app honestly, and the app decides when to show it to you again. Do this for 8 weeks and you will know your PCMB syllabus in a way that passive reading will never give you.

The Algorithm
This deck runs on
FSRS — Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler. It is the most accurate open-source memory scheduling algorithm available right now, built on decades of research into how human memory actually works.
Every card you review gets one of four ratings:
Again — You blanked. The card comes back today.Hard — You got it but it was painful. Short interval.Good — Solid recall. Standard interval.Easy — Too easy. Pushed far into the future. The app tracks every card across four memory states:
New,
Learning,
Young, and
Mature. A Mature card is one your brain has genuinely absorbed. That is the target. Your dashboard shows you exactly where you stand across all of them at all times.
You are not just doing flashcards. You are systematically moving cards from New to Mature before your board exam. That is a fundamentally different thing from reading your NCERT the night before and hoping something sticks.

What Is Inside
1,975 cards. 56 chapters. 6 subjects.---
Physics — 372 Cards across 14 Chapters
The Physics deck is formula and definition dense. All 14 chapters from Units and Measurement through Waves are covered — Motion in a Straight Line, Motion in a Plane, Laws of Motion, Work Energy and Power, Systems of Particles and Rotational Motion, Gravitation, Mechanical Properties of Solids, Mechanical Properties of Fluids, Thermal Properties of Matter, Thermodynamics, Kinetic Theory, Oscillations, and Waves.
What you will actually memorize: kinematic equations in all forms, dimensional formulas, moment of inertia for standard bodies, elastic collision velocity formulas, escape velocity, orbital velocity, Bernoulli's equation, capillary rise formula, all four thermodynamic process equations, Carnot efficiency, RMS and average molecular speed, SHM standard results, wave speed formulas.
---
Chemistry — 339 Cards across 9 Units
Chemistry on board exams is almost entirely memory. Correct IUPAC name, correct reagent, correct product, correct trend. The Chemistry deck is built around that reality across all 9 units — Some Basic Concepts, Structure of Atom, Periodicity, Chemical Bonding, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Redox Reactions, Organic Chemistry basics, and Hydrocarbons.
Hydrocarbons at 49 cards is the most comprehensive unit in the Chemistry deck — general formulas, bond lengths, bond angles, named reactions, reagents, and product selectivity rules. Equilibrium at 42 cards and Bonding at 45 cards are similarly thorough. The Organic unit covers IUPAC priority hierarchies, hybridization states of carbocations and carbanions, electronic effects, and purification technique selection.
---
Biology — 825 Cards across 19 Chapters
Biology is the biggest deck and the most rote-friendly subject in the entire PCMB syllabus. Taxonomy, classification, structural details, biochemical components — almost everything in Biology is a pure memory task. This deck was built knowing that. All 19 chapters of Class 11 NCERT Biology are covered without exception.
Animal Kingdom at 83 cards covers every phylum — organisational levels, coelom types, distinguishing structural features, specific scientific names, and the exact anatomical terms examiners expect. Locomotion and Movement at 57 cards is the most detailed chapter in the entire deck — sarcomere structure, sliding filament mechanism, troponin and tropomyosin roles, neuromuscular junction mechanics, types of joints and associated bones. These are the cards that separate students who half-know Biology from students who actually know it.
---
Mathematics — 259 Cards across 14 Chapters
Maths is not a rote subject the way PCB is. You cannot chant your way through a 4-mark integration. What you can rote is the definitional and formula layer that sits underneath every Maths chapter — domain and range of standard functions, trigonometric identities, conic section standard forms, permutation and combination formulas, probability axioms.
The Maths deck covers exactly that layer across all 14 chapters. It is not trying to teach you problem solving. It gives you the vocabulary and formulas so that when you sit down to solve, you are not blanking on what the standard equation of an ellipse looks like. Use it for what it is — a formula and definition anchor — and it does its job.
---
English — 180 Cards across 11 Chapters
English is bundled because the syllabus demanded it. Both Hornbill and Snapshots are covered across 11 chapters.
If you use it, use it on your own terms. Some students find it useful for locking in character details, chapter timelines, and theme keywords before a literature exam. Others skip it entirely and go straight to their teacher's notes. Both are valid. The deck is there. What you do with it is up to you.
---
The PRO-TIP Feature
243 cards across the deck carry a
PRO-TIP — a highlighted note below the answer that flags a common confusion, a memory anchor, or an examiner trap tied to that specific fact.
These are not explanations. They are one-line warnings that tell you exactly where students lose marks on a card they thought they knew. The Henry's Law card does not just say "Henry's Law." It tells you the keyword the examiner is looking for is
pressure, and that dissolved gas mass is proportional to gas pressure above the solvent. The I-band vs A-band cards carry a letter-based memory trick so you never mix them up again.
PRO-TIPs exist on the cards that most need them. Not every card needs one. A card asking for the SI unit of frequency does not need a warning. A card asking you to distinguish between Kelvin-Planck and Clausius statements does.

The Mega-Deck
The
Create Mega-Deck feature lets you pull cards from multiple chapters and subjects into a single custom cram session. Exam tomorrow on Chapters 5 through 8 in Physics plus Equilibrium in Chemistry? Build one deck, review once, done.

Who This Is For
Class 11 students on the CBSE or equivalent board who understand one thing:
passive reading does not build memory. Repetition does.If you are the kind of student who reads a chapter, feels like you understood it, and then blanks on the same question three days later — this is exactly the problem this app solves. The FSRS algorithm will not let you forget something you have reviewed. It will bring it back at the exact moment your brain is about to lose it.
---
Who This Is Not For
Students looking for concept explanation, step-by-step problem solving guides, or video lectures. There are plenty of apps for that. This is not one of them.
---
One Honest Note
This is a version 1 product built by someone who genuinely cares whether it works. The core PCB content is thorough, the algorithm is real, and the app is stable. If you find a card that is wrong or a chapter that feels thin, there is a feedback channel. This deck will improve over time. You are not buying a finished textbook. You are getting a serious study tool that is being actively maintained.
